Molly Tarlov (born November 11 31st, 1981) is an American actress who is most famous in 2011 for her portrayal as Sadie Saxton on the television comedy-drama series Awkward. Tarlov is the youngest daughter of two who was raised in Manhattan. At the age of 10-years-old, she began her career as an actor in the show Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. Seventh students who saw the production were awestruck. As she got older she was a summer student in the Interlochen Center for the Arts as well as in Paris learning with NYU's Tisch. Bennington College granted her a bachelor's degree in theater. The Atlantic Theater Company, in which she was a participant as well, helped her integrate writing and acting during the LAByrinth Theater's Master Class. Molly changed her jacket for a pair of sunglasses, before leaving for Los Angeles. Her quick rise to fame was when she landed a three word role on iCarly which garnered a lot of interest from her parents. She has since done several shows on television and has created the role of Caitlin on Winnie Holzman as well as Savannah Dooley's ABC's Family series Huge. Molly is a pro basketball player who is convinced that she's more talented than she actually is. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
